1. DefinitionsServices – private thematic tours, wine tastings, guided hiking/active routes, and multi-day guided programs within the Trentino-Alto Adige region.
Client / Traveller – any individual submitting a request and/or making a booking.
Request – submission of an inquiry via website form, email, or messaging service.
Booking – a request confirmed by the Organizer in accordance with Section 3.
2. Subject Matter of the Agreement2.1. The Organizer undertakes to provide the Client with the selected Services, and the Client undertakes to pay for such Services in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
2.2. The specific details of the tour (including itinerary, timing, locations, inclusions and exclusions) shall be specified on the tour page and/or in the booking confirmation.
3. Booking Procedure and Confirmation3.1. Submission of a request does not constitute a confirmed booking.
3.2. A booking is deemed confirmed when:
- the Organizer has confirmed availability in writing (email or messaging), and
- the required deposit or full payment (depending on the Service) has been received.
3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to request additional information, including but not limited to: number of participants, dates, fitness level, dietary requirements, preferences, and other relevant details.
4. Prices and Payment4.1. Prices are stated on the website in EUR (or another currency if explicitly agreed).
4.2. Where payment in another currency is permitted, the applicable exchange rate and any associated fees shall be communicated to the Client prior to payment (e.g., in invoice or written confirmation).
4.3. Deposit: 50% is required to reserve the date, unless otherwise specified for a particular tour. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the start of the tour.
4.4. Any bank charges or payment processing fees shall be borne by the Client.
5. Inclusions / Exclusions5.1. The Services included are specified on the tour page and/or in the booking confirmation (e.g., transfers, tastings, accommodation, etc.).
5.2. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following are excluded: flights, visas, personal expenses, medical insurance, gratuities, and any other costs not listed as included.
Certain services (e.g., transfers, accommodation) are provided by third-party partners. The Organizer primarily provides coordination and guiding services.
6. Changes to the Program6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program (e.g., timing, wineries, routes) due to safety considerations, weather conditions, partner availability, road conditions, or similar factors, while maintaining the overall character of the tour.
6.2. In case of a material change (e.g., cancellation of a key element of a multi-day program), the Organizer shall offer:
- a comparable alternative, or
- a partial or full refund for the unperformed portion of the Services,
provided that such change is not caused by force majeure beyond the Organizer’s control.
7. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds 7.1. Short / One-day tours:7+ days before: 100% refund minus non-refundable payment processing fees (if applicable)
3–6 days before: 50% refund
Less than 72 hours / no-show: no refund
7.2. Multi-day programs:30+ days before: 80% refund (10% retained for administrative/reservation costs)
15–29 days before: 40% refund
0–14 days before: no refund (due to commitments with hotels, partners, transport providers, etc.)
7.3. If the Organizer cancels the tour (except in cases of force majeure), the Client shall be offered either rescheduling or a full refund of payments made for Services not provided.
8. Weather Conditions and Force Majeure8.1. Mountain weather conditions may affect the program. Rain, snow, or wind alone do not automatically entitle the Client to a refund if the Service is delivered in a reasonable alternative form.
8.2. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, governmental restrictions, strikes, road or lift closures, and emergencies.
In such cases, the parties shall act in good faith to arrange rescheduling or alternatives. Refunds shall be limited to amounts recoverable from third-party suppliers.
9. Participant Requirements, Safety, and Alcohol9.1. Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, allergies, phobias, or other information necessary for safety.
9.2. Participation in “moderate” routes requires a basic level of physical fitness. Participants are responsible for assessing their own suitability.
9.3. Alcohol tastings:
- Participants confirm that they meet the legal drinking age in Italy.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation or continuation of the tour to individuals who are intoxicated or behave in a manner that compromises safety, without refund.
10. Transfers and Third-Party Providers10.1. Certain Services may be provided by third parties (e.g., wineries, hotels, rental providers, restaurants, transport companies).
10.2. The Organizer acts as a coordinator and guide within the confirmed program and shall be liable only to the extent required under applicable law and for Services under its direct control.
11. Liability11.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for:
- flight delays or cancellations,
- baggage loss,
- acts or omissions of carriers or third parties,
- circumstances beyond its control,
- failure by the Client to follow guide instructions, safety rules, or applicable laws.
11.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer’s liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the relevant Service, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
12. Insurance12.1. The Client is required to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance covering activities such as hiking, skiing, and other sports, and (for multi-day programs) trip cancellation.
12.2. While partners involved in the program may hold their own insurance, this does not replace the Client’s obligation to obtain personal coverage.
13. Personal Data13.1. The Organizer processes personal data for the purposes of responding to inquiries, concluding and performing contracts, and handling accounting/payments.
13.2. Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
13.3. A detailed Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are published separately on the website.
14. Consumer Rights14.1. By making a booking, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the Services constitute a linked travel arrangement within the meaning of applicable EU travel regulations.
15. Complaints and Dispute Resolution15.1. Complaints must be submitted to the Organizer via email, including a description of the issue and supporting evidence (e.g., photos, receipts), within a reasonable timeframe.
15.2. The Organizer shall review the complaint within 14 days and propose a resolution.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction16.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Italy.
16.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Bolzano, Italy.
17. Final Provisions17.1. The current version of the Terms & Conditions is published on the website.
17.2. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17.3. By submitting a booking request and/or making payment, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
